A few years ago I got a cafetiere and a bag of flavoured coffee as a gift. I really enjoyed the taste, so the next year I brought some more bags of flavoured coffee. Around this time I also found a recipe for Blanco y Negro, which involved adding ice cream and chocolate to the coffee.
I started off by adding some Caramel flavoured grounds into the cafetiere, added boiling water and left to infuse for a few minutes.
Next I pushed down the plunger, and poured the coffee into a latte glass. After that I added a scoop of vanilla ice cream and gave it a small stir.
